Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Maxime developed early on a strong professional discipline as well as a strategic understanding of the challenges related to business management, growth, and long-term continuity. His career has earned him several distinctions, including recognition in the Top 40 Under 40 and the prestigious Chairman Elite title at Assante.

Today, he combines institutional rigor, strategic vision, and long-term commitment, with a constant focus on creating sustainable and responsible value for his clients.

With over a decade of experience in the financial sector, he is recognized for his ability to transform complexity into clear, executable strategies. A graduate of the John Molson School of Business, Kristopher first competed at the highest level of university athletics with the Concordia Stingers before pursuing a three-year professional career in the Canadian Football League. This competitive path instilled in him a strong sense of discipline, natural leadership, and a performance-driven mindset that he brings to his professional practice.

He began his investment career within major financial institutions, including TD Bank and Manulife Investments, where he developed solid expertise in asset management, portfolio construction, and strategic financial planning.
